Parolo, is a Portuguese cuisine restaurant, located in Lisbon with the purpose of offering irreverence and competence to its customers.

Parolo is a derogatory Portuguese expression for things considered aesthetically in bad taste. Therefore, we developed a brand with the aim of playing with traditional Portuguese regionalist elements with extravagant colors and worn textures in a humorous, authentic and bold way.
