To achieve this goal, we maintained ongoing communication with stakeholders to gain deep insights into the company's operations, their specific requirements, and the elements worth retaining from the existing structure. Together, we closely examined the primary pain points.

Our approach involved conducting comprehensive desk research, studying best practices within the industry, and carefully scrutinizing user journeys on selected pages. These selections were based on personas collaboratively crafted with the stakeholders.

The subsequent phase involved the creation of a wireframe, which we then rigorously tested with select users to validate our direction and pinpoint areas requiring refinement. Concurrently, we meticulously developed a design system to streamline the UI implementation process.
